Who Should Take A Boating Course And Why?
Any new boater or anyone trying to prevent damage and/or unnecessary wear to their boat and equipment should take a boating course, here is why:

"This boating course (and having cruise-control/ perfect pass/ zero off in your boat) could save your marriage."

All too often, we see people that just expect their spouse to "get it" without any practice or previous coaching, or worse, bad advice or bad coaching. This causes undue stress and a very unpleasant boating experience for everyone involved. Boating should be a fun experience for the entire family, so let's keep it that way by knowing what to do ahead of time.

No one else teaches this, but everyone expects it
Unless you were fortunate enough for someone to instruct you about power turns, boat rollers, and all the little tips that go into a day on the water, you just don't know, what you just don't know. A single boat can ruin the water conditions for everyone on the entire lake. Don't be that boat.

Experienced boaters will respect your knowledge and courtesy
Those that are in the know will respect the fact that you are in the know.

This course will save you money
When you know how to maintain your boat, drive it efficiently, and set the correct expectations for passengers on your boat, it will directly save you in gas money, and unnecessary replacements and repairs. (Not to mention any down time in the peak of summer, when you will use it the most.)

This course will make you look like a superstar
Launching or reloading your boat should take less than 30 seconds when executed properly. Docking, backing, towing, and pulling a skier or rider, should all be a breeze when you know how to do them correctly. Knowing how to drive better will also help you with your younger ones, beginners, or first timers during their initial skiing or wakeboarding experience. (Much more on this at the course.)

A good boat driver makes up a great percentage of a rider's experience on the water.

Boating Course Locations
You may be most comfortable learning at the lake or reservoir you will go to most often. Knowing this, we offer this course on our private lakes if using our boats, or at your local lake or reservoir, as long as it is within 75-100 miles of Denver, if using your boats. (Additional fees may apply if you need us to travel greater than this distance.)

Here are some of the things you will learn (in addition to several topics and tips we can't give away on our website).

In short, you will learn how to operate your boat efficiently and with courtesy. About Our Course Instructors
All instructors have a through understanding of boating safety, etiquette, and routine maintenance. This is not a rushed course with a generic punch list. Some boats have more features than others so this is a very tailored course. Each instructor is very patient and willing to take as much time as it takes for you and your family to feel comfortable with operating your boat. No question is a silly one. Our instructors walk you and your family through each component, step by step, at your own pace, until you are sure you understand it. The goal of this course is that you will feel confident enough to operate and maintain your boat, and also comfortable enough to impart your knowledge on those that you will inevitably, introduce to boating.

Course Philosophy
We want every boater out there to know and respect the unwritten rules that apply in boating, not just their state or federal laws. There are certain things that you just don't do, but time and again, on any given day on the lake, you'll see someone doing them. We want to share our knowledge of boating with as many boaters as possible to improve the water conditions for everyone.
